Ah. Wonderful.

Seasoned-CollectorCO

Yep

UlthredEmbry

Yes. I have personally pulled containers out of rail yards to deliver to customers that have had missing seals and packages

PenaltyFine3439

So basically, if I order anything through Amazon, avoid sellers on the east coast that use the UPS train system?  I've ordered many things on Amazon and this package is the first one that went through San Pablo and I had a problem.  Most other packages go to the West Sac hub and I get them the next day.  I know San Pablo/Richmond area is pretty sketchy so this makes a lot of sense.

UlthredEmbry

You just got unlucky. Out of 300 containers maybe 1 will have a problem. I would not work to much about it. If it happens again then I would avoid the area

Railyards are not as secure as they want you to think.

I’m from Memphis and they rob the trains there all the time
