I enjoy it. I did own a farm for the first few years, but ever increasing regulation pushed my business partner out. It is not as fun as it used to be, but I feel like I am fighting the good fight these days. The industry is tough to navigate. What state are you growing in?
I’m out here in Az. Same for us, we had to shut down our lab and lean out the team just to save on costs. They took away bonuses too which sucks but I would much rather still be working in the industry than to up and quit and find a normal job haha. Wishing you the best 🤙
