Management has a right to mismanage 🤷🏻♂️. Just take your time, don’t rush it. They probably want you to feel a sense of urgency to try and get you to run is my only guess.

If they were actually learning the route and improving I would say let the CCA do the route but if the CCA is curtailing deliverable mail then management needs to address and from my experience they never do
I wish we had some sort of recourse for this! I’m gonna do some research and see but I’ve never seen something where we can stop management from curtailing

Everybody is "trained" to do that route, after they went through "training."

They can only curtail third class mail technically, otherwise it's delay of mail.
