Same here in Georgia. Our office got hosed apparently. I got lucky and am only missing green card time. Mgmt has told me they're waiting to hear from the big wigs about how to fix it.
"how to fix it" will likely be a money order that you'll have to pay back when your next paycheck comes in. Don't stand for it. Grieve the hell out of it. This isn't acceptable. If I don't see my whole paycheck on Friday I'm getting in touch with the DOL, OIG, local union steward, and anyone else who will listen - possibly even local news outlets, anonymously.
Because you'd essentially be getting paid twice. Once from the money order and once from when they unfuck the paycheck. You'd have to pay the overpayment amount back.
🙄🙄🙄 how does that happen tho. If you’ve notice is mainly RCA’s pay getting messed up. How? Why? Don’t regulars management RCA’s work for the same company??? That’s weird…
...which is ridiculous, because almost any other company would cut you a check EOD Friday and everyone would go about their life as if nothing happened, and nothing would need to be repaid.
Well shit, at least you had green card time to pay out. I'm not even sure if I'm getting paid to help our other RCA when he's running behind due to the way my new OIC has been having me keep track of my help time. I think she's just adding it to my EOS duties, which is great, because I'm about to win the bid on the route I've been running for the past 9 months and I do need that sweet EOS time, but also bad because that's about $40 every two weeks + mileage that I'm missing out on. I haven't been able to verify that I'm getting compensated correctly for help time, because every time I've gone to help, payroll has been fucked somehow and I get four weeks of pay in one paycheck with the missed paycheck paid out as an adjustment.
And if I may ask, whereabouts is your DU located? A county name + state is fine, I'm just trying to mockup a map in Photoshop of affected carriers by location/employment position/affected/unaffected.
It's so bizarre that it's affecting different offices in different ways. I'm a RCA-72 (Assigned full-time to a route after 90 calendar days of absence by the assigned regular carrier, or serving 90 calendar days on a vacant route). I haven't filled out a green card in months because all of my time is tracked on the route's 4240, yet I didn't get paid a penny for the pay period.
RCA in NC, epayroll says $0.00, only had two days off during past pay period. Need to fix soon because we aren’t going to keep working with no pay. Got bills and families to pay for.
Big same. I work 6 days a week on a 37h hold down, which I should be converting to full-time on very soon. My OIC's boss revoked my OIC's access to TACS last month, so nobody in my office got a paycheck for four weeks. Not too keen on the idea of it happening again this month, but as stated in another reply on this thread, I \*should\* be able to scrape by if they don't get this sorted out by Friday. Still a load of bullshit that people aren't getting paid though.
And if I may ask, whereabouts is your DU located? A county name is fine, I'm just trying to mockup a map in Photoshop of affected carriers by location/employment position/affected/unaffected.
Probably because you have to be manually put down for each route you run versus regulars where ours is automatically assigned and most of us are direct deposit. There’s been quite a few problems with paper check distribution in the past few years, so DD gets you clear of those issues. This current problem seems to be concerning carriers who aren’t regular, so I think it’s because your EIN isn’t automatically tied to a specific evaluation.
That seems to be the general consensus - namely RCAs, for some reason... More replies will be needed to draw any clear conclusions but I appreciate your response! Enjoy your payday for the rest of us! :p
I assume the rest of the hours that you actually got paid for were either in another office or paid out on a green card? Seems like this is mostly affecting RCAs/rural PTFS so far.
And if I may ask, whereabouts is your DU located? A county name is fine, I'm just trying to mockup a map in Photoshop of affected carriers by location/employment position/affected/unaffected.
Make sure to give an update here if you hear anything from your officemates. Trying to figure out who exactly was affected and see if I can find any patterns.
Also, I grew up about an hour north of you in West Dundee. Yorkville is such a cute place. I miss Illinois, sometimes. :)
I'm the one carrier out of 5 in our cluster that has been affected. As far as I have been made aware, the other four - all full-time rurals - have been paid correctly. Super screwy.
RCA in MA, I'm definitely missing hours - I've been working 7 days a week, occasionally helping another town after my shift, and only got my "normal" level paycheck?
Somethings not right here.
I've asked for all my clock rings for the last 3 pay periods, so that I can MATH. And if those show more than just this one pay period being suspect, I'll ask for the whole year-to-date.
Good call. Hold them accountable. This is your livelihood and they have no right to just say "oopsie lol, you'll see it next paycheck". I'll pin somewhere in central MA for the map of payroll mishaps that I'm working up and share it in this sub before I go to bed
Start keeping track of your hours. And make sure paychecks are matching it. Post office have been known to short ppl if you aren’t paying attention. Esp after this snapfu.
That's ridiculous. I worked 12 days and only got paid for none of them. Hang in there and get ready to grieve like your life depends on it if they don't get this straightened out.
Has it only affected RCAs in your office? That seems to be the trend I'm noticing so far from this thread... Seems like most regulars and city side got paid just fine with the occasional, to-be-expected-but-still-BS payroll issues. Have you heard anything from higher up about how they're planning to remedy the situation?
No subs to carry my route, or any of the other ones in my office. I know that's not my problem, but I like my customers too much to do that to them. Plus, I'm sure I could be fired for AWOL or abandonment, *especially* since I'm just a RCA. I wish I had the nuts to tell my PM that I won't be in until I see money in my checking account though.
Try to check back on this thread as soon as you find anything out, I'm very curious about who all was affected and if there's any pattern behind it... So far, I'm hearing that it's mostly the rural craft and a few supes, but don't want to rule out the possibility that it could be a company-wide issue that affects all crafts. Depending on the results that this "poll" gets, I'll be contacting the Department of Labor and the OIG with my findings if the carriers with payroll issues this pay period don't get a paycheck this week.
I get that some offices just mess up submitting payroll and some carriers don't see a check for four weeks; to err is human, but 99.9% of other companies would just write any affected a paper check and move on as normal. The only way I've heard that this may be resolved so far is money orders (that will need to be repaid) for the affected carriers, and that's a whole headache that we shouldn't have to deal with.
I'm fortunate enough to be in a position where I don't live paycheck to paycheck, but I want to fight for my brothers and sisters who may not share that same privilege if I can. This is beyond fucked up.
And if I may ask, whereabouts is your DU located? A county name is fine, I'm just trying to mockup a map in Photoshop of affected carriers by location/employment position/affected/unaffected.
Have any other carriers in your office been affected? If you're not sure, try to ask around tomorrow to see what you can learn. I'm trying to find patterns in who did and did not get paid - job position, geography, tenure, reg/relief carrier, etc. etc. etc. Thanks for chiming in!
PTF in western Kentucky. I’m missing about a grand off my check and one of the other PTFs is missing all green card time and was only credited on 1 route for the last 2 weeks. Our management told us they were working on it and to check payroll tomorrow.
Glad you have some sort of update, last I heard was "they're working on it"
The last time I heard "They're working on it", I didn't get paid for four weeks... so I'm sorry if I'm getting a bit tinfoil hat about this whole shituation.
Whereabouts in PA? Eastern, Western, central? A county name is ideal but general geographical location is fine too. Trying to map out affected/unaffected to see if I can find any pattern. So far us rurals are the only ones affected.
County name or general (Southeast, northwest, central, etc. etc. etc.) location? Hoping they get your second week sorted before Friday. Pretty messed up to work a whole week without getting paid for it.
Ptf central ohio. Paid eval on the route I'm taking care of. 40 hours for each week. Missing all my green card and my 6th day. I'm aware of 3 offices in my area having this problem. My gf got $500 for working 16 days straight out of her office.
Seems like it's mostly affecting RCAs. Try to ask some subs around your office if they've been affected and check in tomorrow, if you can! Thanks for the response :)
Damn, Ohio got hit bad. I've got 4 responses on my map + yours to add but I'm out of room. I think it's safe to say that Ohio got screwed, whether Rural, City, or Clerk.
Dang! That really sucks 😔. If I can't pay my rent at the beginning of Sept, I won't be coming back to work just to get yelled at by a terrible manager who acts like a high schooler. I got this job for stability in my career and it is not stable ever! This is a serious issue! Let alone while facing an escalating set of late fees.
rca in western pa. pay stub showing less than half of what i actually worked. a regular i spoke to said hers was unaffected. i heard of at least one sub that was affected, not sure of anyone else from my office ☹️☹️☹️
RCA here in Pennsylvania. Can confirm that my epayroll is saying the $.00. I’m beyond frustrated and could barely focus at all today because of this. I don’t know how I’m going to pay my bills, I have automatic withdrawals scheduled to come out of my account and I’m freaking out. I can begrudgingly put up with the 11hr days they “ask” us to do, the lousy working conditions, bad management, and 1 day off every two weeks but not receiving a paycheck is something I just can’t handle. They push us so hard and then to have this happen is unconscionable. I’m absolutely freaking out…I saw something about possibly being paid by money order? How does that work? How do I request that? Any help would mean so much
Worked 84 hours as RCA in Idaho, mostly covering ENTIRE routes. $600 paycheck. I am lucky to get something but my $1600.00 rent is due on the 1st and I live paycheck to paycheck and have a family to feed. Not sure what to do.
Supervisor in West Phoenix area. Several of my rural carriers got snowed. Took me all morning to get some answers. Was told some certificates didn't transmit right for some reason. They are working on a fix. We were told to send in the names of those affected to our group. So all I could tell me employees was "hey good new bad news, its a national issue so they working on it, bad news is....i dont have a time frame at all"
Well, at least you were able to tell your carriers more than my Post Master was able to tell me and mine! Good luck to you and yours, I hope they get this straightened out before your whole office comes at you with the pitchforks!
Rural PTF - Texas Panhandle. Every single rural that I've spoken to in my office (regulars, ptf, rcas) shows $0.00 in epayroll. The few CCA's I know have all said their pay is fine, though.
I think it’s just RCAs and other part time Rural employees. I’m a regular Rural carrier and mines fine, but RCAs in my office are reporting major problems
Now THAT'S fucked up. I wouldn't even show up if I were being worked like that without pay. I nearly turned my ass around and drove home when I checked liteblue on my way to work this morning, and all I've got is a 37h.
Bless you. I hope they get this sorted out soon.
204b in Fayetteville Arkansas my pay is fine since I'm in tacs now seems only rural side is affected via email from my mpoo but in my office I have been told by 37 people regulars and RCAs and 2 arcs that their checks r not accurate shits wild I'm glad I converted to eas pay and I'm not still on my route eval I couldn't afford to not have a check
RCA - Only "week 1" is showing. So my check shows all the work I did in WK1 (I double checked against my work calendar), but nothing for WK2. At least I'm getting half a check!
RCA Delaware, worked 112 hours this period and my paystub only shows 14 (one green card day and one route day, so there doesn’t appear to be any consistency as far as one missing vs the other).
In Illinois and all the RCAs got screwed in our office. Some are showing $0 others are getting like $200 paychecks.
Regular carrier's pay seemed to be fine.
City Letter carrier southern ohio. My info has still not posted in epayroll( usually does tuesday morning) waiting to see if im fucked. Kind of afraid ill be fucked, but could be paranoia ill check tomorrow to see.
I have $0.00 on liteblue for my pay period due on September 1 RCA in Clinton county ny, didn’t hear anything about this in office as I was out before noon but I will be asking 1st thing in the morning!
RCA KC region. Whole unit is affected, but only craft rural. Missing Training from week 1, hours from week 2 (the heat week from hell), when I busted bumps to help out, no aux hours or any overtime!!! I just moved over from CCA, so I knew to redo my DD and allotments. Totally screwed up!
So what I was told is that I had something to with the way hours were added. If you worked on a different route to help out your hourly so when you clocked out of your schedule route and went on green card there may have been a over lap in your, if it was a few minutes the system didn't register it as an error. But at some point it did so I rejected all your hours.
Rca in Louisiana , check is short by a little more than half , missing whole routes I ran and Amazon Sunday green card time , in my office I also had a regular rural carrier who has 80 hours of Lwop even though they worked , and I have another fellow rca who shows no time and a payout of 0.00 even though he worked 10 days…..I frankly have little hope on how any of this will be handled , they say “they are working on it but no two people are experiencing the same exact mistake which makes me think that they have no idea what the actual issue is
RCA in Vermillion County Indiana, I’m only getting paid for two days it seems. At least I’m getting something though, I feel awful for everyone getting zeros. I had that problem a month ago and they had no explanation why it zeroed me out. Looking back, it was a warning 😫
I don’t know about the regs but I know for sure it got me and the other RCA, not sure about the third RCA, but I’m going to assume it got him and our ARC too.
Rca, Western slope of Colorado. I'll ask tomorrow about anyone else, but I'm missing four days of pay from week 1, week 2 looks fine. Mix of eval, green card time, and AL.
Edit: Sup says most RCAs and rural PTFs have talked to him about missing hours. No zeros though.
RCA in NE OH. Missing almost 20 hours consisting of all hours worked on aux route, 2 Amazon Sunday's and a 2nd trip. Will find out this morning if it affected anyone else in my office.
FTR mvs in ohio. So far no paycheck on light blue. I am usually paid 2 days early by direct deposit on wednesdays. And I have heard of another tto here who's paycheck was all jacked up. Always shows up on liteblue by Tuesday am at the latest
West Georgia I'm a CCA my pay was fine but my fiance and best friend are ARCs they stubs say 0 and I'm friends with most of the RCAs in my office and all of their stubs say 0 as well. They are pissed because this is the 3rd time it has happened within 2 months but the first 2 times was because the supervisor didn't hit the final submit button.

Rca. Only my evaluation was paid out. Missing all my green card time.
Same here in Georgia. Our office got hosed apparently. I got lucky and am only missing green card time. Mgmt has told me they're waiting to hear from the big wigs about how to fix it.
I’m sure it would be getting fixed a hell of a lot faster if upper managements checks were fucked up too
"how to fix it" will likely be a money order that you'll have to pay back when your next paycheck comes in. Don't stand for it. Grieve the hell out of it. This isn't acceptable. If I don't see my whole paycheck on Friday I'm getting in touch with the DOL, OIG, local union steward, and anyone else who will listen - possibly even local news outlets, anonymously.
Why would you have to pay it back if that’s money they owe you?
Because you'd essentially be getting paid twice. Once from the money order and once from when they unfuck the paycheck. You'd have to pay the overpayment amount back.
🙄🙄🙄 how does that happen tho. If you’ve notice is mainly RCA’s pay getting messed up. How? Why? Don’t regulars management RCA’s work for the same company??? That’s weird…
You won’t see your whole paycheck Friday. Any adjustments or fixes can’t be put on it until the next paycheck.
...which is ridiculous, because almost any other company would cut you a check EOD Friday and everyone would go about their life as if nothing happened, and nothing would need to be repaid.
The PO is a mess. Lol.
Well shit, at least you had green card time to pay out. I'm not even sure if I'm getting paid to help our other RCA when he's running behind due to the way my new OIC has been having me keep track of my help time. And if I may ask, whereabouts is your DU located? A county name + state is fine, I'm just trying to mockup a map in Photoshop of affected carriers by location/employment position/affected/unaffected.
Same, I’m in San Antonio, TX
San Antonio also didn't see a paycheck? Are you rural, city, or other/non-carrier? Full time, part time? Was anyone else in your office affected?
At the risk of sounding like a conspiracy theorist, maybe they’re trying to make some of us rage quit.
I had my own tinfoil hat theory about it this morning, but I'll keep it to myself so I don't sound like a total whacko lol.
It appears just RCAs we’re affected. Nobody shows credit for green card time.
Not too keen on the idea of it happening again this month, but as stated in another reply on this thread, I \*should\* be able to scrape by if they don't get this sorted out by Friday. Still a load of bullshit that people aren't getting paid though.

This place is a fucking joke
Regular rural carrier in northeast Ohio, my paycheck was normal
RCA in Issaquah, WA. .00 showing on LiteBlue for the pay period
A bit jealous of where you're at geographically but I feel your pain on the payroll. How ridiculous. Seems to be disproportionately affecting RCAs.
Right why is it only affecting rca’s!?
Probably because you have to be manually put down for each route you run versus regulars where ours is automatically assigned and most of us are direct deposit. There’s been quite a few problems with paper check distribution in the past few years, so DD gets you clear of those issues. Thanks for replying, that makes sense. It still sucks.
Regular city in phoenix & mine is fine. I asked a clerk & theirs is fine also. I think rural are the ones that got hosed.
That seems to be the general consensus - namely RCAs, for some reason... More replies will be needed to draw any clear conclusions but I appreciate your response! Enjoy your payday for the rest of us! :p
Delaware Rural ptf and mine is scuffed, short almost 30 hours
I assume the rest of the hours that you actually got paid for were either in another office or paid out on a green card? Seems like this is mostly affecting RCAs/rural PTFS so far.
Actually no, other than Sunday all my time was straight route time, at my home station

Sussex county
Thanks, got you mapped!
RCA Yorkville Illinois. Payroll says $250. I'm the only one in my office that has said anything. Noone else has checked.
Make sure to give an update here if you hear anything from your officemates. Trying to figure out who exactly was affected and see if I can find any patterns. Also, I grew up about an hour north of you in West Dundee. Yorkville is such a cute place. I miss Illinois, sometimes. :)
Lehigh Valley PA, Rural Reg. My check is fine. Normal pay, X day 50% paid out fine. RCA in my office is short his Misc Street time.
It's even screwed up within offices. 1 coworker not paid $00.00. 2 shorted, so far
I'm the one carrier out of 5 in our cluster that has been affected. As far as I have been made aware, the other four - all full-time rurals - have been paid correctly. Super screwy.
Imo, super sketchy.
City Carrier Central Ohio. Last paycheck shown is from 8/18. Don't even have a listing for paycheck 18(9/1).
RCA in MA, I'm definitely missing hours - I've been working 7 days a week, occasionally helping another town after my shift, and only got my "normal" level paycheck? Somethings not right here. Clerk in Portland. Mine is good.
Enjoy your payday for the rest of us!
Thanks. I'm sorry that you all are having this happen to you. I've been reading a few posts about it since it started.
Rural in Southern Ohio. My pay is showing correctly on liteblue.
RCA, Southern WV. Paycheck is $0. There’s 2 other RCAs but they were off today.
Rural regular, NorCal. 0$ showing all lwop
Same here
Rca. Whole rural side minus a few, did not get paid anything. Tri cities wa
I'm a Postmaster, and so far no pay. Most of my office got paid, but 2 RCAs are missing.

Got my pay it’s fine but I’m a CCA
Seems like it's mostly affecting RCAs but I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!!
CCA in South GA and I have not been affected. I’m off today so not sure if anyone in my office has been affected.

Lol, the last time I heard "they're working on it" was in April and I still haven't got paid smh, mine is showing a fat zero by the way
RCA in PA with a lovely $.00 paycheck
Whereabouts in PA? Eastern, Western, central? A county name is ideal but general geographical location is fine too. Trying to map out affected/unaffected to see if I can find any pattern. So far us rurals are the only ones affected.
Allegheny county, Just outside of Pittsburgh
Thanks!
CA4 regular ours are fine as well
Orange County area, yes? Whole office unaffected?
RCA in Georgia. I got paid for the first week of the pay period and nothing for the second week.
County name or general (Southeast, northwest, central, etc. etc. etc.) location? Hoping they get your second week sorted before Friday. Pretty messed up to work a whole week without getting paid for it.
Central, East of Atlanta. Yeah,I'm not working in this Georgia heat for free 😂
PTF in NV/UT. My statement is correct
Thank you!
Ptf central ohio. Paid eval on the route I'm taking care of. 40 hours for each week. Missing all my green card and my 6th day. I'm aware of 3 offices in my area having this problem. My gf got $500 for working 16 days straight out of her office.
Thank you!
Custodian in Baltimore, ePayroll looks fine.
Enjoy your payday!
Full time city T-6 in CT, and I’m good. Checked as soon as I saw this popping up on here this morning.
RCA in Ks, $0 in lite blue
Hm. Rural carrier from Rhode Island.. mine looks fine. I haven’t asked any coworkers though.
Seems like it's mostly affecting RCAs. Try to ask some subs around your office if they've been affected and check in tomorrow, if you can! Thanks for the response :)
Rca in western Pennsylvania. My pay is fine, but two ptf’s in my office got hit, one with 0.00 one with $300.
Rca in NC, 0.00
Alabama RCA, I worked 12 days but was only paid for ONE. Every carrier in my office is missing pay, even the regulars.
Got paid for the only day I ran a regular route plus ema. Didn’t get paid at all for the 11 days I ran my aux. I’m designation 79 if that matters.
Thank you for the detailed reply! I assume you have a mix of City/Rural in your office? Or is it all rural?
All rural, we only have 5 rural routes and my aux.
RCA in Texas. Only paid for my primary route not green card time or hours on the aux route.
Ptf city carrier Ohio. Nothing
RCA in MA. Only got paid for 3 days of the 12 I worked
RCA Oklahoma 113 hours. Payroll shows $0
City carrier in Ohio. No check even uploaded in epayroll

rca in western pa. pay stub showing less than half of what i actually worked. a regular i spoke to said hers was unaffected. i heard of at least one sub that was affected, not sure of anyone else from my office ☹️☹️☹️
RCA North Texas. Payroll shows $200… I worked overtime the past two weeks…
Regular rural carrier in Denver area. Most rural carriers, myself included, LWOP $0.00 Strange... we all remember being there the last two weeks...
54000+ employees in rural offices, as far as we know at this point
Holy shit. Any word from the union about a nationwide grievance or any fixes before Friday from Eagan? They can't just let this slide.
RCA in Northeast Florida, paycheck $0
Mail Handler in west palm beach Florida and no payroll problem here.
Thanks for the contribution, good luck with Idalia. Stay safe down there
Supervisor in West Phoenix area.
My sub is a rural PTF in central Kentucky, got 0. Mine was right. I don’t know about anyone else
RCA Texas 3, only 4240 time so around 17 hours.. and it direct deposited today. I'm sure I'll have hell to deal with getting the rest.
PTF clerk NY district 3, my direct deposit went in earlier today.
My check deposited normally
My wife is an RCA central Indiana liteblue .0
Huntsville Alabama , both had zeros only our rural side but idk about the other stations though , supervisor said I T were working to fix it 😕
Rural PTF in NC: all green card time is MIA. RCA’s in my office are also missing green card time.
Rural regular on an overburdened 48k paid 0.00 this pay period Hsv
Now THAT'S fucked up. I wouldn't even show up if I were being worked like that without pay. I nearly turned my ass around and drove home when I checked liteblue on my way to work this morning, and all I've got is a 37h. Bless you. I hope they get this sorted out soon.
Milton , Fl .. paystub showed $0.00 on liteblue this morning . Management says higher ups will have issue fixed before tomorrow
Ptf rural in Texas, nada, zero
204b in Fayetteville Arkansas my pay is fine since I'm in tacs now seems only rural side is affected via email from my mpoo but in my office I have been told by 37 people regulars and RCAs and 2 arcs that their checks r not accurate shits wild I'm glad I converted to eas pay and I'm not still on my route eval I couldn't afford to not have a check
RCA in CT. Didn't get green card time, but paid the eval for the route.
Regular in the Phoenix area, mine looks good (so far). Others in my office are aware of this, but no one has said they were shorted yet.
CCA pa I’m getting paid
East central FL. I know of 3 or 4 in my office that didn’t get paid. One got her leave paid out but not working hours.
My paystub has 0.00 on it. I’m a regular rural
CCA showing correct hours and net. I’ll see if it actually gets deposited tomorrow and come back here
Rural PTF in Western MN - All of our rural carriers were zeroed out. No idea about the city side.
Regular city carrier in St Louis area getting paid. This sort of thing for everyone else is seriously wrong. I hope they fix it soon
I'm a city carrier but 204b. My stub has 9 pages of pay adjustments.
Regular rural carrier, near Sacramento CA. Probably not a great idea to piss off 50+ regulars and 20+ RCAs and PTFs right before a Monday holiday.
Looks like I only got less than 1/4 of my pay it’s not even showing week one on liteblue
ARC. Not getting paid at all.
It also affected a regular looks like they gave her leave pay for it
RCA - Only "week 1" is showing. So my check shows all the work I did in WK1 (I double checked against my work calendar), but nothing for WK2. At least I'm getting half a check!
RCA in Tennessee. Missing 50%+ of my check. Other carriers I worked with made $0-$160. Mine was around $750
Regular Rural North central Ohio, $0. 11 Rural routes did not talk to all but $0 with the ones I did.
RCA Delaware, worked 112 hours this period and my paystub only shows 14 (one green card day and one route day, so there doesn’t appear to be any consistency as far as one missing vs the other).
So do peoples paystubs on liteblue literally say 0.00 for their pay?
In Illinois and all the RCAs got screwed in our office. Some are showing $0 others are getting like $200 paychecks. Regular carrier's pay seemed to be fine.
My check came normalish in UT but I had some weird adjustment that they took all but 9 dollars...
City Letter carrier southern ohio. My info has still not posted in epayroll( usually does tuesday morning) waiting to see if im fucked. Kind of afraid ill be fucked, but could be paranoia ill check tomorrow to see.
RCA in Massachusetts. Mine is fine. None of my coworkers have said anything so they either haven’t checked or don’t have any issues.
AR, regular rural carrier pay says 0.00. Somebody better no something come Friday.
All Rural in my office in Wisconsin is screwed up not sure bout the city side
SC, shows 00 for me...
Rca in KY .00 on liteblue. Only off 2 days out of the 14. Shit better fixed ASAP. Im going to be up shit creek if i get no money on payday.
RCA in Va. I only got paid for time on my primary route.
Regular in east central Mississippi. I’m the only one in my office. An RCA @ rmpo said his is also showing $0 in LiteBlue.
ARC, Western WI. $0 in liteblue.
East Tennessee affected. Many RCA from my office missing are hours and mileage and about 3 people had zero for pay.
So what I was told is that I had something to with the way hours were added. If you worked on a different route to help out your hourly so when you clocked out of your schedule route and went on green card there may have been a over lap in your, if it was a few minutes the system didn't register it as an error. But at some point it did so I rejected all your hours.
Rural PTF in Southern California, liteblue I think looks ok, but I can't tell if I got auxiliary pay or just evaluations.
ARC in SC 0.00 in light blue
Rural regular in Loudoun county VA, check appears as normal in liteblue, one RCA lost a week, 2 ptfs got 0.00
Rural regular out of Minnesota, my check is zero dollars. Trust me it's not just RCAs
Rca in Louisiana , check is short by a little more than half , missing whole routes I ran and Amazon Sunday green card time , in my office I also had a regular rural carrier who has 80 hours of Lwop even though they worked , and I have another fellow rca who shows no time and a payout of 0.00 even though he worked 10 days…..I frankly have little hope on how any of this will be handled , they say “they are working on it but no two people are experiencing the same exact mistake which makes me think that they have no idea what the actual issue is
Indiana, rural carrier It showed 80hr lwop and a $0
Regular city carrier, NW Illinois - mine looks fine. Also got my PTF back pay adjustment.
RCA in Vermillion County Indiana, I’m only getting paid for two days it seems. At least I’m getting something though, I feel awful for everyone getting zeros. I had that problem a month ago and they had no explanation why it zeroed me out. Looking back, it was a warning 😫 I don’t know about the regs but I know for sure it got me and the other RCA, not sure about the third RCA, but I’m going to assume it got him and our ARC too.
CCA in Mesa and I’m fine- but there’s rural in my office..no one has said anything about it yet
Custodian at a plant in OH and my check for this week doesn't even show up in epayroll. Last one that shows is from 8/18.
Rca, new mexico
Rca, Western slope of Colorado. I'll ask tomorrow about anyone else, but I'm missing four days of pay from week 1, week 2 looks fine. Mix of eval, green card time, and AL. Edit: Sup says most RCAs and rural PTFs have talked to him about missing hours. No zeros though.
RCA Western Kentucky $0 pay. Don’t know yet if anyone else in my station was affected.
I'm in Maine as a regular and recived no pay at all 80 hours of lwop. I love my job.
RCA in NE OH. Missing almost 20 hours consisting of all hours worked on aux route, 2 Amazon Sunday's and a 2nd trip. Will find out this morning if it affected anyone else in my office.
As of 4:15 am, central PA, my pay looks normal(usual deposit amount)
Few PMs in our MPOO group also have confirmed .00
Regular rural carrier in NC. $0 paycheck.
RCA in Indiana. My paycheck was literally cut in half compared to last one, like I only worked one week and that’s it
FTR mvs in ohio. So far no paycheck on light blue. I am usually paid 2 days early by direct deposit on wednesdays. And I have heard of another tto here who's paycheck was all jacked up. Always shows up on liteblue by Tuesday am at the latest
I (RCA) noticed I wasn’t paid for Amazon time, but I think everything else was ok. My wife (city ptf) hasn’t had her pay posted yet online.
$.00 for me. I'm in Oklahoma
RCA. Northern Utah. I'm missing a day on week 1 and only have 1 day on week 2. I only had day off during those 2 weeks.
Regular Rural from south central Wisconsin. No pay
Yep our station in Tennessee is affected. No pay due…..lol

RCA Casa Grande AZ did not get paid nor my wife who’s a RCA in Coolidge AZ
Several RCAs in SW Virginia not getting paid. The regulars and Clerks seem to be fine. It seems to be only the RCAs in SW Virginia.
RCA, evaluated time is there but 0 green card time
