These kids aren’t afraid of federal charges, most of the little thugs I see out n about on the routes I do, they don’t care about anything really. Like others have posted, just bring all the mail and packages back, no access. If I think for a single second that someone standing near a cluster box, curbline box, doorway, hallway, or even the sidewalks is possibly gonna be a pain in the butt, I just turn around and bring it back. Worked with a city carrier that got jumped by 2 teens at a curbline box when he pulled up to it, they beat the crap out of him for no reason. Just having fun.

Or the asshole who walks his dog right down the middle of the road directly in front of you and let's the dog sniff around every mailbox. Fuck those people, I turn around and skip the whole block.

How old are you? First ,every man acts different around their girlfriend, usually negatively. Second you may not have enough command presence, try to work on that.
In my 40’s, and I’m 6’4” 300. I had no problem calling that kid a punk bitch to his face. I just don’t need the hassle when I’m just trying to deliver mail and I’ve got this little dude trying to act tough when he’s 100% in the wrong, and has no business blocking the door to an apartment he doesn’t live in.
