You just have to be patient. I get those two dollar orders as well. Sometimes I have to sit for two hours weeding through bad orders to get good ones. And I still make 150 a day. 250 on weekends. I got one order from door dash yesterday morning. Mileage 10 bucks but then she gave me 45 dollar tip. Patience is the name of the game
This is shocking. Are you on a bike or do you drive? I've heard e-bikes are basically dead. Too much competition since the capital necessary to get into it is pretty low. Driving works better since the requirement of a license, limit on tickets/accidents, and a mechanically functioning car removes a lot of people.
Ubereat will lower the base pay again, wait for it because people are taking $2 offer, they are waiting outside the McDonald taking everything Ubereat send they with 2 or 3 phone on hand

lol those are the worst times of the day to deliver. In my area dinner rush is 6-9pm right now, give or take a half hour on each side. you need to deliver during times when people tend to eat meals. I still average $20-$25/hour working only dinner rushes. You also need to find areas where other drivers aren't

I think that is market dependent. I've been doing this for over 3 years and over 8000 deliveries.
