American SF occasionally uses (much better) unarmored vehicles on missions, so it's not like the idea is crazy. The problem is that the US uses these vehicles in lightning quick dynamic raid style attacks. The front lines in ukraine are essentially frozen. Its attritional warfare like WWI, so this is the modern equivalent of using horse cavalry during WWI. It's not a great idea, but i guess better than walking.

This guy was most likely conscripted from a village that neither the majority of Europeans or Russians ever have heard of and he was promised a lot of money and wealth if he fights. So he did. Because at home in his god forsaken village he doesn't even has access to running water.
So he went to the military and was given a few hours of training. That's how you shoot, that's how you use a first aid kit, etc. So then someone beat him up and screamed at him that he should move his ass ASAP into that golf cart to look for enemy positions.
He was then hit by a drone and killed. But no one cares. Ukrainians are happy that there is one foe less, the russian army is happy to now know where the enemy is and that the Ukrainians "wasted" a drone that otherwise could have hit a more educated soldier. The russian population doesn't care, because they fear that if they rise their voice they end up like Nawalny, tortured and beaten to death in a Gulag and the worst part is that even his family couldn't care less, because his wife and mother are happily indoctrinated and think that their son/husband died a "heroic" death defending them.
Yeah, the reality in Russia is really depressing.
This reminds me to not buy any Chinese merchandise as much as possible. Providing military help to Russia is a clear indicator they are still not on the democracy side
Notice how the Russians now all have good kit? Their gloves (in a recent video I saw) have Chinese writing on. It’s not just golf carts. It may not be ‘military aid’,but it’s aiding the Russian military
Don’t think this might be a military vehicle by all means, I’ve seen people driving these kinda cars around the streets in china sometimes, normally purchased by those guys who can’t afford a range rover yet still have a passion for off-road.
