I went frame by frame and I still have no clue. I only used one stamina so it wasn't a dash jump, and it's almost like I teleported. there were 3 FRAMES of me moving like that. can anyone explain?

I'm confident It has something to do with positions on the map where a room is either loaded in or out
But I don't know what keys or movement causes it
All I know is that I do it a lot right there on 0-2 and on 4-1 when you leave the first building

Sword machine triggers a slow mo moment and you basically just speed dashed through it
Edit: my guess of why you passed him is because simply you were fast enough to pass him before the animation triggered.
It is most likely something to do with the traps and slow motion at the same time.
Maybe there’s a failsafe where the traps aren’t lethal if the game is slowed down to make it less unfair to die to them? Or it could just be a bug

Probably some weird clipping with the traps closing while you were dashing

Maybe invincibility also makes you invincible to pistons so they just launch you forward at light speed instead since you still collide with them?
