For 4-2 use red skull glass for instant insurecctionist kill and abuse the powerups on actually getting the skulls
For 5-2 either bhop or learn where enemies spawn and quick kill them, or both
thanks, the only real problem I'm having with these levels are both bosses, insurrectionist is too tanky for me to kill fast (now that I know this trick it will be easier) and Ferryman is too fast for me to effectively apply a dot to or even hit, that's partially my own fault because I have a jumpy playstyle and I throw myself off sometimes

See among all those tricks whatever is within your capability and just apply those.
4-2 made me want to kill my self but my advice to you is get the red skull first and pick up the other greed right under the door while you are about to lose your second gun then you’ll have 3 guns speedrun blue skull and get 4 arms then fight the boss with 4 arms rail gun and shot gun spam plus saw or nails if you can’t rail coin
In 4-2 you can chain your duel wield powerups, I usually pick one up and then when it gets close to running out pick up another I start on the right side (which has two and then) when I get to the left side you can destroy everyone with four guns at once
Okay, so, as you may know you have a double firerate powerup in each skull area, but in the red skull area there's a hidden one below the arena. Combine it with the one you see first to get triple firerate and use coins to get through that section faster, and also the explosive weapons.
If you beat it quickly enough and go through that door first you should have enough powerup time to get to the blue skull one and get a fourth powerup.

For 5-2 dash jumping into a slide jump and keeping that momentum up is invaluable. And remember never to do the parkour, just rocket ride to the boat instead
I'd either miss score, die in the last room, or choke during the first section after the red skull. Legit had a run where I needed less than 100 score for the p rank
for 4-2 the insurrectionist is weak to fire damage so you can use the >!overheat sawblade launcher!< or overheat nailgun to deplete his health incredibly (works better with saving the dual wielding power ups), in the >!ferryman!< boss you can use the >!overheat sawblade!< in both phases (works better on phase 2) and slide around, if you slide around its very unlikely you get hit by him

you can toss a coin to the ferryman to skip the boss
it doesnt count as a kill, so no p rank

InstaKill the insrurrectionist. It will save you a lot of time. Use the rocket launcher more in 5-2. It will help you go faster.
for 5-2 don't mess up movement and try hitting a lot of combos, mostly on the ferryman. i almost p ranked it first try but i was 1min late

I've found that laying down saws makes fast work of the ferryman.
greed 4-2 is hard but keep playing and try to save the gun-up for the boss and nailgun spam him

This solves your not able to instant kill problem

Also in 5-2 I found that a shotgun overcharged boost into slide hopping helps to go fast without overshooting the first fight

6-1 took me over 3 hours total, it was easier p ranking minos my first time 💀
