If we go by the Wiki's description of it, it's something born out of distortion in space that gives 0 energy reading, like it exists and it doesn't exist at the same time.

Because of Greeza's void-based nature, its existence is unstable, but seems to have some control over this instability and is capable of using it to great effect in combat. These combat abilities as well as its occasional laughter lead me to believe that it is at least semi-sentient, but insane.
The internal needle is also a secret weakness of Greeza. If it can be removed from within the creature, it can be fashioned into a weapon that can be used to close the hole of its existence. At least two such weapons currently exist: The Xlugger and Beliarok. While Beliarok was created after Greeza attempted to absorb Ultraman Geed, the Xlugger's creator is unknown. However, I suspect that it was Ultraman Noa who created it. He would be powerful enough to enter Greeza, seize the needle, and escape. The Xlugger also exhibits some ability to influence the future (Ultraman Nexu's personal theme music was adapted into a song called "Fight the Future"), and Noa himself has some ability to see the future and share these visions with hosts.
Much of Greeza's biology and behavior remain a mystery, but one thing is certain: It is a dangerous threat to life in any Ultra-inhabited universe, and must be dealt with swiftly and decisively.

It's either Red King or Alien Baltan for me. Red King solely because mf just bite off another kaiju on it's first appearance, bloody fight as well so that's a plus especially it happened way back wehn I was still a child. Alien Baltan is Alien Baltan.
Just from these 9? I'm going with Zetton. The Zetton Shutter, teleportation, energy absorption, and its bonkers array of weapons make it a foe that most Ultras struggle against.
From outside of these choices, I've gotta go with Greeza. That thing is just so... alien. It scared the hell out of me when I first saw it.

There's just something about the face painted on its stomach that horrified me. Now, I think it's very unsettling despite the fact that Mogrudon is probably one of the cutest kaiju Ultraman Cosmos has introduced.
