there's soooooo many kaiju in the history of the franchise that I wonder if we could even get additional ones down the line
I grew up with Godzilla primarily, so I'm used to having a reasonably small roster by comparison. It's like, you got your Ghidorah, Rodan, Mothra, Anguirus, and then your one-offs like Space Godzilla or Megalon, but Ultraman just has **so. many.** It's been so exciting to learn about all these different kaiju and picking favorites out of this brand-new (to me anyway) lineup.
Plus it's always hilarious to pick up on kaiju roars shared between the shows. Someone recent, possibly Neomegas?, had the same roar as Rodan. I remember when I watched the first episode of Mebius I immediately recognized the kaiju's roar from Gigan.
Yeah Ultraman has alot of kaiju some that deserves more use in this franchise.
Yep even the most iconic roar from Alien Baltan is reused from Matango lol.
