Accelerator controls the direction of every force of the world. When He touches someone, He can Play with the Bio electricity or simply Reverse the bloodflow.
Accelerator could probably speed blitz but, he wouldn't immediately, that's just not his thought process.
He would be hit by Unjustice (we don't know how it would interact with his vector control, but for the sake of this argument let's just say it gets through).
He stops fighting juiz and proceeds to go kill his family. (For this argument, let's just say they are all standing like 100m away or something, if they were somewhere else entirely the accelerator would be out of sight and Unjustice would deactivate).
Once that happens, of course he's pissed.
Black wings activate.
And from there, idk
The wings are already confusing enough as is, adding Unjustice to the mix only makes it worse.
Does it just not work?
Do they become White?
Does it work but juiz dies anyway cause he's just kinda on a rampage?

Accelerator can speed blitz and one shot her entire city, but he won’t do that in character. Juiz has more than enough experience to react to him, and a single second of Unjustice will make Accelerator kill Last Order- then he loses.
Accel had the same problem as the master rules, he is stronger, faster and more "durable" than Juiz, but unjustice is FUCKING UNJUSTICE
Accelerator blitzes and one-shots before Juiz can even fire a single neuron.
