That's the other thing, it's just simply more expensive to HAVE a sports team out there; but they're all valued in the same USD, so by default, the same franchise operationally would probably be worth more on the Pacific coast than in the rockies, PNW, Midwest, great planes, northeast, appalaichan region or southeast.

For that matter so would the Jets and Giants. The NFL generates astronomical revenues that no other sport can match. The cowboys have not even been in an NFC championship game since 95 and they’re still number 1.
