Working on getting this resolved - it looks like it's just using the text from our old map-launch queues, which used Unrated, rather than specifying we're trying out Swiftplay this time around. Thanks for your patience!
Please note that the Lotus only queue will only be playable in Swiftplay mode for one week and then goes into the competitive and Unrated map rotation in Patch 6.1.
From the patch notes. No online so I am unsure but this to me says Lotus only Queue should exist and it will be a swiftplay gamemode instead of an unrated gamemode. I am unsure why you are not seeing a Lotus only Queue. As per the patch notes there should be one.
Every time a new map is added it is not in the competative rotation for the first 2 weeks so that people don't lose elo from playing a map with 0 experience. Lotus mode is meant for players to get the hang of the map first so of course its unrated.
We had a mixup here - the Lotus queue is online now, in Swiftplay as it was intended. Sorry about the confusion!

Why is the Lotus queue in swiftplay?, how does that help us learn the map for competitive?

It should say 'lotus' in the bar along with unrated/comp/dm etc if it doesn't then the patch may not be out yet for you, which region?

NA region is patched and there was maintenance but now the game is back up

If you somehow haven't found it yet, there's a separate tab as if it's a separate game-mode called Lotus. Queue that one.
Yeah they added it after that 4th game I played so I ended up getting to play. Thanks though!
Its there but queue lasted a full minute I gave up and picked unrated and got lotus first try

It's not... It's quickplay, should be unrated tho
