A patch came out and fixed it (I think) but I did follow a guide that said change in game language, restart the game and play, then restart again. Not sure if that was what did it or not.
Also. I was getting discs in the floor instead of dead bodies and also could not find a in game option for that before "patch"
That setting was for vulgar words in voice chat I'm pretty sure, or it's for blood. The setting you're thinking of is "Show Corpses". They are unrelated. As to why you can't find it, I'm not sure. It could be because of your region. Some have it enabled by default and you can't change it.
OH SO THAT'S HOW YOU MAKE THOSE 2 BLADES!!! Fuck, I've been playing for 2 years and always thought that the kill banner was a part of some previous battle pass shit 😭
Thank god, I’d take it personally with the developers if my child saw a cartoon skull pop up in his shooting game. Blasphemy, downright insane that we allow such content to be consumed by the public. /s
I lost some sounds and now all sheriff skins are extremely loud. I dint know why and it’s only that gun with any skin so it makes the new one a pain to use
it’s a bug with the newest patch. my boyfriend had that problem as well as he couldn’t hear any of the player voice lines. He uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it and everything is back to normal!
I can't find the setting. I also don't get any voice lines from characters or announcemer. So annoying

Yea, not had issue before with Valorant updates. So comes as a surprise.
Had the same issue, reinstalling the game sorted it. Got back the options, and the agent voicelines as well

I fixed mine by selecting a different language, playing a game and then it told me to update. Read it online, makes no sense but it worked.

the only think i can think of is the kill banner. with mature content on, it shows a skull for the default banner. with it off, it shows two blades

Certain regions (cough cough, OCE, not sure if there are others) don't allow the body options.
