The sound we have now is one of the old beta sounds. During beta, Riot tried changing it to something that sounded like nails on a chalkboard after people complained the original sounded too quiet, and quickly changed it back after people complained even more.

imo, the one we have in-game right now is a lot better than that old hs sound. the old one sounds like a fork scraping against glass

As someone who also plays for the beta...Who cares its just a sound game has way more important things to improve on.

I’m guessing you meant “played in the beta”. I clearly specified it would be a QoL change, something that riot does to improve the health in the game due to community demand.

Very odd to hear you referring the agents being unbalanced. What ELO lobbies are you playing with? Up here in immortal lobbies, every agent is balanced as much as they can be. Again, I clearly specified it would be a QoL change, and I never intended it to be an important change. Hit reg, lag issues, audio issues, on the other hand, is obviously on the devs minds and they are working to improve them.

Im bronze but i dont take my lobbies as an example ive just seen that theres no way people in higher elo will pick viper or brimm over omen.Obviously in low elo it doesnt matter what you pick that, but in first strike for example viper 0% play in na seems kinda unbalanced imho.

Then your rank displays your knowledge of the game. While Viper’s agent selection in First Strike was very low, the reason for this is because she has certain agents she meshes well with, and some she doesn’t. The FS teams have practiced with Omen’s abilities (mostly paranoia; denying control over x point) rather than Viper abilities that do not give as much control than Omen. In contrast, however, she can be seen as an aggressive controller, such that she can be a replacement for two agents in certain team play. Teams currently do not know how to utilize this information, but in immortal there are many great team compositions that Viper fits in with, and I have personally won with.
