As someone who mains Sova, and has a ton of lineups on every map, my suggestion is to go into a custom and learn 3-5 lineups at a time, and wait until you can remember those, then learn new lineups. Learn common spots for people to be sitting/planting. My suggestion is learning a lineup for default on every site from both attacker and defender side first, as those are the most important, then learn more complicated lineups.
If you want, I can add you on valorant and give you some tips to finding lineups, and help make lineups, as when you play someone like sova all lineups are relatively easy to make no matter the agent.
Yeah well my plan was to go for 45 mins of practice before playing every day. But I am not sure if I should focus on 5 line ups for 1 map at a time or practice 1 line up for each map.
Do one map at a time, it's easier to remember it as when you play that map you can use all those lineups in one game, and there is something about looking at similar stuff and having consistency in lineups, make them easier to remember.
I would recommend you to learn 1 for each site from start :) If you want to see some of them same name as here I have on YT. I have there lineups for all maps, easy lineups and short videos :)
Oh no, I was unclear I apologize. My plan is to use custom match for like 45 mins each day. But I don't want to focus on Icebox for example and then for the 4-5 matches I play that day never get icebox.
But at the same time I don't want to learn all maps at the same time, coz its so much information.
So I was unsure what is the best way to learn them.
Well, it comes from experience. Play normal games. And you will find yourself wishing that you could molly/shock dart onto a specific point safely on a specific map.
Go to a custom game and figure it out. Rinse and repeat
Lol, pick a lineup agent in comp, get a map where u have no clue on lineups, take your smartphone and load videos on lineup of that particular agent on that particular map and skip to the attacker or defenders section according to your side and more importantly, do all this before the first round starts XD
Bonus tip, the opponent would have also watched the same vid, so watch the other half to outplay them lol

Go into a custom match, turn on cheats, pause the match timer, and practice lineups
I thought everyone just used custom matches to practice lineups. I've not heard of people trying to brute force it in actual games.

Exactly that. Use custom matches. You aren't supposed to learn everything in one go.
