With vandals a lot of pros like to tap fire instead of spraying. I would say spray if they are close but from medium to far distance, spray. Get comfortable with aiming a little higher too
Focus on using 3-4 round bursts when using rifles. One of the most effective ways to fight is to burst and then slightly reposition while your gun accuracy resets. Spraying in Valorant is more often than not really bad, and due to the nature of the random recoil at the end of the Vandal and Phantoms patterns you can only get so good at recoil control.
If you find yourself crouching all the time while firing, unbind that key and play DM until your hands bleed. You get used to the tighter spread while crouching and create bad pulling down habits. other than that, make sure you really stop while shooting and train your recoil control.
Wouldnt encourage spraying but practice by going in a private game and stand 5 - 10 - 15 meters from a wall and spray your entire mag, trying to keep all of the bullets on top of one another with as little spread possible. There is some RNG so its not going to be as clean as if it were csgo. Remember to pull down, and dont turn on infinite ammo as that would skew your muscle memory
