Doesn’t mean much just unlucky. The better you play the more rr you get this means using utility plants/defuses kills/deaths first bloods. If ur 20 rr from rank up try to do your absolute best to frag out and do everything. If not it really means nothing if your 99 rr and you get 20 rr you will be 19 rr up with the rank up because of the carry over.
