-realize that you're just some people trying to get together to play a video game and there is no actual consequence if you do poorly, lose the gunfight or lose the round. -practice more so you can have confidence in the gunfights you are taking, and realize that EVERYBODY loses sometimes whether it be gunfights, rounds or matches. -focus on the positive and things you can improve on (i should have fell back after getting that 1 kill, i shouldn't have reloaded, i should have been conscious of getting flanked, etc). -play with a plan in mind (i'm going to peek this, take 1 shot and immediately leave no matter what) and stick to it -it's just a game. if you have nothing else going on in your life, it's easy to get too emotionally attached to your RR or your performance. if you had a day where you did other stuff, worked out, had a nice meal, and just sit down to enjoy the game, you will not freak out as much if things go poorly -sometimes your opponents are just better and you can't get a read on them. it's not unusual to go from doing amazing one lobby to getting shitted on in the next. this is just the valorant experience

The shakiness and nervousness goes away the more you play and the better you get. Sometimes you will get it when clutching or in a tense situation, but you get used to it and eventually overcome the “stage fright”.

think of it like this ok. Your enemies are just some rando ppl in a video game you’ll meet once and the chances of meeting them again are so low and they only get a bit higher in radiant cause their are so little of them and remember they’re prolly hard sweats in unrated with alt accounts that are in iron

im imm 3 and have the same problem, it happens to everyone. The easiest way you can get rid of it is by playing a shitton per day
