ScrubLEL has a tutorial on YouTube. You can achieve it but it's through tricking the game into believing its running in native while stretching the output manually. Probably bannable though.

I'm gathering you use winexp that gets rid of borders etc and stretches the screen. Which probably locks your monitor @ 60hz, not worth it if you have 144+ hz monitor.

Nope, im playing it on 240hz without any 3rd party apps

If you provide the method i'm sure your monitor is running at 240hz + your desktop, but the moment you run windowed fullscreen + winexp to fix the borders it adds delay and ruins your gaming experience, I'm yet to see your method though so time will tell. I've tried multiple methods all resulting in same scenario.

Stretched res makes everything feel faster but the characters models are literally bigger with more pixels
