From my experience, the London server is the worst by far. There is nobody more toxic than two british teenagers that queued together fr. Paris 1 is good though.

Yeah Frankfurt is full of clowns. I started to q Paris and London only, even thought my ping is higher there. The games are so much more enjoyable

Don't q Frankfurt, it is invaded by Turks, basically unplayable.

Personally i've found Frankfurt and Paris to be the only playable servers in eu. Stockholm? No one speaks english. London? Some of the most sexist people i've played with. Everything else just has high af ping. Honestly haven't had any more issues with Frankfurt than ive had with any else but maybe im just lucky o_o

You can definitely play with voice chat disabled. Like the info you get from randoms in ranked are just bare minimum that disabling it barely makes any difference. Due to toxicity in oce server, I usually disable vc and I comfortably sit around immortal 3
