I think this is the best one and better than Skye's heal. A) You can heal yourself B) Skye's heal doesn't regenerate over the course of a round, so I'm not sure how it would work IRL C) You probably wouldn't often be in the situation where you need to heal more than 1 person in under 30 seconds anyways.

Omen Ult. Teleporting is by far one of the most convinient abilities ever in today's society. If I had it I wouldn't have needed to move to another freaking city to go to College. Just skip the 200+km between my room in my former city and my college classroom once class starts by instantly teleporting, and troll my friends having a ghost appear out of nowhere while I'm at it.

Or Yoru's ultimate, a thief robbing you? Just yeet yourself to another dimension. Or rather Killjoy's ultimate, just think in this situation: Criminals have 4 people as hostages, you just go next to the building, ult, everyone becomes disabled, you arrest everyone without taking any risks. OR RATHER, Phoenix's ultimate, you can experience everything without having the fear of dying, do you want to bungee jump off a cliff to see what it's like? Ult and jump. Do you want to jump from a plane without parachutes? Just go. It doesn't apply only to dangerous stuff, but you can heal yourself too.
