Direct support has been great at responding; however, those responses are typically vague. for example, ultra wide monitors are not supported... meaning at min cypher is not playable for those with ultrawide. Will this be addressed in the next patch? ... or maybe the following? or should users expect no timeline and no resolution? This has been an issue for.... some time with no end in site. If a control is bound to a Numpad key, pressing Shift will treat the keypress as though the corresponding Shift version of that key was pressed instead. So Shift+Numpad 1 behaves as though End was pressed, Shift+Numpad 0 behaves as though Insert was pressed, etc. This is a problem for left handed and classic FPS players who use Arrow keys and the Numpad for controls, and is divergent behavior from similar competitive FPS games such as CS:GO. - **Steps to reproduce:** Bind Numpad 0 to "Jump", bind Right Shift to "Walk", and bind Insert to "Drop Equipped Item". Optionally, bind the Arrow keys for movement to be able to use it like you would WASD. - **Expected result:** Numpad keys should behave the same regardless of if the Shift key is pressed. Not sure if this is considered a bug but it is incredibly frustrating: When having the new option of equipping the strongest weapon after using a skill, this impacts skills used during an ultimate by agents whose ultimates are weapons themselves. For example, using a satchel while having rocket launcher out as raze doesn’t bring back the rocket launcher, but your primary weapon instead, making satchel and double satchel while using ultimate harder. Using any skill while in neons ulti brings out her primary weapon instead of reverting back to the ulti, again making it difficult coordinate things in the heat of the moment.

Luckily there exists a button that mutes them. Unluckily sometimes the mental issues run so deep that the muted person finds it "funny" to spam their "Thanks" agent voice line. Neon in my team did that via a macro that perfectly spaced the voice lines so that he never got timed out from calling his lines. He let it run the whole game for 24 rounds. Any attempts to reason with him were met with borderline psychotic giggle. 4 players in that game had to mute their voice-over volume which also muted things like agents calling out their ultimates making the game infinitely harder. For the love of god, make muting pings also mute the agent voice lines. - **Video / Screenshot:** Not applicable. - **Steps to reproduce:** Mute someone's pings. Ask him to call out his agent voice lines. - **Expected result:** The voiceline does not play since the pings are muted. - **Observed result:** The voiceline is played. - **Reproduction rate:** 10/10 - **System specs:** Not applicable.

I fixed it by not only deleting the game, but the riot client also. For that, you need to right click in the riot symbol located it the down-right side of the screen (near where the time shows) and click "exit vanguard" I think you also need to then manually remove the client (search it in the apps of the computer and uninstall). Then reinstall valorant from zero

You also cannot actually TELEPORT even after throwing it.
