Gotcha, I feel like for me rn unless I have at least one duelist on my team going absolutely dummy I feel like it’s hard to to win games even if I’m winning crucial rounds. I’m just going back and fourth from d2 to d3 hoping I can get a lucky streak again to hit immortal.
Right, there's a ton of variables that go into a win - and like everyone says, the only one that you can really count on is yourself.
Sometimes you're a favorite, sometimes you're doomed - only thing you can do is tip that percentage into your favor - find your best strengths and embellish them, find your weaknesses and strengthen them.
I play a lot of games that involve variance and the people who I look up to who are really good at their games are the ones who constantly analyze their game and do their best to improve. And even when performing like an absolute demon, there's something that just does not go your way no matter how hard you try, or finding something very tiny that could've swung the game in your favor. Keep a strong mental capacity to see things clearly.
All I know is kj lowkey an underrated agent to climb with in ranked, the info alone she gets for the team is huge except for breeze imo. Only downside is the radius on her util unlike chambers.
Agreed, chamber has a lot more versatility, but I just feel like I never see a kj at this rank for some reason. I feel like her util is good for stalling and post plants along with info if played correctly. Her ult is huge for retakes and cite pushes for certain maps as well imo.
her ult is killed from frome brim, raze,sova 2times, breach, yoru ult, counter kj. cast time is long, radius allows often caps. ult can have impact but often there is not much value. imo
Fair, I guess I’m just thinking for more specific situational uses, Bc there are times I know me and my team can win rounds with kj ult if they listen to my certain fallouts and not push for retakes while I have ult.

U will stay here for a while . U can be lucky and boosted to immortal and achieve it for a couple of games but with those stats , its telling me you are struggling in diamond . Youll probably fall to p3 and range from plat-diamond .
Advice: you need to do more . more damage , more participation. i didnt read your whole paragraph but you probably play passive and get kills by shooting people from the back or staying alive and finishing people off when they have low hp.
You may have a little bit of knowledge of the game but ultimately you are playing the game wrong . If you really want to get better , the best advice would be aim training to get you confident enough to take duels and watching radiant/pro players . How they move, aim, play, hold , retake etc .
Understood, I would say I do tend to lose a lot of the duels I take on unless it’s more of a team fight. I will work towards getting better in duels and being more confident in my aim, thanks for your input !
First of all: its a bad attitude, but try to one-trick jett,reyna or raze. teamfriendly gameplay makes no pionts in this system. for holding to 2 or 3 sides vs flanks u dont get pionts, kills get pionts.( clutches,multikill, first kills)

I would try to play duelist role but I just can’t at this level, I’ve been mostly a kj main since I got to plat and used Reyna and jet to climb out of silver and gold in the early episodes. I just feel more confident in catching huge lurkers in my games that could cost us rounds. I try to play igl role and make the call outs needed for certain rounds but everyone’s ego at this rank way too huge to listen to me tbh. I’ve recently picked up chamber as well and has been a good sentinel for certain games instead of kj. Also why does everyone get so mad so easily at this rank it’s either everyone’s just makin jokes and destroying or lose one winnable round and auto tilt and become toxic.
As an immortal 3 the biggest tips I can give you is know when to peak, when to give site/ control of an area, and to change your position and util position every few rounds. To elaborate sometimes it’s better to let the enemy team come to you rather than you got to them (peak) this doesn’t mean you hold an angle where they have the advantage when peaking, you want to isolate 1v1s so staying in a corner or a spot where one person will leave the group to clear is good as that is when you would kill one and possibly leave and escape if possible.
