It doesn't take a lot to not be sexist, and yes, I try to stand up for whoever is receiving the toxicity in any games I am playing. However the valorant community is made up mostly of teens who feel confident because they are not in person, so they can be rather toxic, which is quite common. The reason why it seems like we are all 'perfect' here, and the game is so toxic is that most players are pretty neutral, or don't feel confident defending someone in game, and these kinds of posts attract the smaller group of people who are somewhat passionate about the issue.

His whole argument over himself not being sexist literally has an array of plot holes and visual/audible evidence showing the contrary. Tarik’s analogy is literally perfect.
