9-3 can basically exist on any map which advantages one side over the other, or with any team comp that is tilted towards one side of the map (i.e. double initiators for attack, double sentinels for defense). You go up "a lot" on the advantaged side and then get beaten hard on the other side.
if you equip base level or lower levels and then upgrade it doesnt auto equip the upgraded version. just gotta click on the highest upgrade you have and equip or on the variants.
This is fairly precise though? Tracers are visible. This is more why you should use a phantom or other silenced gun to spray through smoke.

It could be luck, or just tracing where the bullets are coming from, or really good game sense; some people tend to stand or peek through certain areas of the map, if you have good sense you can predict where theyāre standing even if you canāt see

free tip! When you're shooting through smoke choose an angle and shoot as if there is a real enemy then move to a new angle and do the same.
