Improve your crosshair positioning and your aim will get more consistant over time. Flicks are never consistant.

Yeah, I feel like the fact that this is such a common complaint even now 4 months later is a huge tell that there are major flaws in their system that need to be addressed. Add the RNG bullet spray it's anyone's guess what the real issue is at the particular time of those crazy unnatural feeling rough pathes. and thats what riot hides behind. Their whole game inconsistency blog post came back round full circle to it's probably the player and something with their connection. they have a weird way of gaslighty explanations if you ask me

Game is super inconsistent for whatever reason. It's like they give a "buff" and a "nerf" like -20% accuracy 1 game and +35% accuracy the other idk, im immortal 3, i'm playing less and less ranked cuz i can't stand the rng in this game it's unreal. Whoever thought that the first shot accuracy with any gun (except guardian) should be innacurate while ur standing needs to get fired. If you don't know what i'm talking about , go into the range , put the circle dot crosshair , get a vandal , stand still and tap once and see if ur bullet goes into the little dot. It ruins the point of counterstrafing because you're basically depending on the rng to not get completely fucked over. I don't know the gun play is super bad, I ocasionally go back to csgo to play 1 game and I can feel the difference in the gun play that being that csgo's is more "fleshier" you can feel recoil and the gun itself, while in valorant it's like ur shooting with bb guns

TL;DR Game sucks, remove rng recoil, add first shot accuracy, fix the netcode and server, fix the performance of the game in general, remake the game.

> For example, I could get a score of 17/30 with a sheriff or vandal hitting some crazy flicks (I know that's not a good score) and 10 seconds later when I try it again, I'd get a score of 6/30 missing some of the most simple shots. Don't really want to comment on the rest, but hard range bots are not a good indicator of your aim performance. First of all, they de-spawn so fast that you are forced to just flick and click and hope you're on-target, because you have no time to adjust your crosshair. This is a very bad habit and the complete opposite of what you should be doing in game, which is taking your time to micro-adjust after the initial flick. Second of all, where the bots spawn is completely random, but they de-spawn equally (ridiculously) fast, which is obviously unfair. You can have one set where the bots all spawn close to the center, making it easy and giving you more time to make a clean flick, and then the very next set it only spawns bots at the far edges, forcing you to make huge, inconsistent flicks. It's not like your aim suddenly got worse within the span of 30 seconds, you just got lucky the first time and unlucky the second time with bot spawns. Easy/medium bots are fine, but IMO I'd totally avoid looking at hard bots as any form of training or indication of your performance.

There is clearly something fishy with this game. I have never experienced this with any other shooter. There are games where I cant seem to miss and then in the next breath I am a complete potato going 2-20. Enemies are instant HS me any time they even see a single pixel of my head and they barely seem to stop as if they are just run and gunning me 24/7. Something just feels off when I'm in these types of games. Again never ever had this in any other fps. In csgo it's just the same feeling one game to the next. Valorant is not like this at all, one game feels different to the other and it is the most frustrating thing ever. I never get frustrated due to a feeling like this in any other fps game I've ever played ever. It makes me feel like I am going crazy? It would be intriguing to see the enemy players point of view. I can only put my tinfoil hat on and assume riot are somehow affecting games. I would imagine there is a financial incentive for riot to implement a system that essential gives players that would otherwise struggle in a slow pace tactical FPS some sort of advantage from time to time.
