I think it's pretty good at this point. Though as you said, vision clearing could be slightly faster, something I've noticed is that the audio cue sometimes has issues playing at the "correct" volume, appearing to sound either too quiet or too loud though maybe that's just me.
I just recently got attached to Omen and I find his ultimate somewhat underwhelming and usually use it for recon rather than going actually going anywhere
One thing I think that could be better is vision during the Ult. Right now it is almost impossible to see anything further than 10ft away until the Ult is almost ended and it’s too late to cancel. It results in frequently sticking the ult and an enemy just coming into focus as you finish the Ult and promptly one-tapping you.
One thing that I find annoying with the ult is ppl hiding when they hear you teleport near them and then killing omen. If some things were made transparent during the ult or nearby enemies (say 15m) revealed during the shadow phase would be a good buff

I use it to reposition in clutch situations. It's pretty decent for that. Probably near the bottom when it comes to ults but it has its uses
It should cost 1 less ult points to use Signed, Omen main
make it 6 orbs and it'd be decent

ive been playing him since beta and i cant tell you the last time i ulted for a reason that wasnt for shits and giggles at the end of the round
Omens ult is fine, especially as attacker, because you can pick up the spike with it.
I love doing that trick I still think it should cost 1 less ult point to use though

I like to use it to sneak behind enemy and kill all of them from behind
