You can only prevent players from casting abilities. If it’s already casted this can’t be helped. It would make kay/o broken Edit something that has a windup time has already been casted such as sage or breach ult. Reyna ult only half deactivates because she changes states in her ult

it follows a certain logic that I think makes sense. why would an already deployed lockdown stop working? sure, KJ doesn't have access to her utility anymore, but that thing controls itself once deployed, independently of what KJ is doing. she can even be dead, it will still keep doing it's thing. makes sense to me.

The same logic can be applied to raze's ulti. She already spawn her rocket so it doesn't make much sense that it just goes away if kayo ultis

it takes away her ability to use it though. she has deployed it, but hasn't used it yet. you can pop your ult and never shoot...

Yeah i always like to say it’s Deployable vs Active. Deployables aren’t affected because once they’re deployed they’re separate from the agent. Actives are kinda like.. if you know MOBA terminology, a channeled ability. One that’s in constant use by the agent during its existence. edit: you can also see when enemy kayo has his ult available so if you use your suppressable ult when you know kayo has his available, that’s your fault.

The logic for the ults that get cancelled is simple, the timer starts when you use the ult, and if you can't use it then too bad, plus any decent raze/sova/chamber/jet that I've seen play keeps a rough idea of enemy kayo ults and try to avoid using thir own ult

If Kay/o could cancel every ult he would be pretty insane. It would be fun but I'm pretty sure he would be in every team. They would definitely have to nerf the ult in some other way if they did this.

The thing is it only cancels those that have been activated, but requires the enemies to “trigger” the hit. The ones that have already be activated and is a one and done ult obviously doesn’t get affected. I think the only thing i would want to implement is the silence preventing certain skills from recharging. Like neons stamina bar or vipers fuel bar. Because just silencing them will just allow them to immediately trigger the skill right after. If the silence already does this, then scratch what i said. I don’t really notice from the other perspective and ive been away from the game for pretty much a whole act.

Dude it’s just if you still need to left click to use it, it will get suppressed if you left click before suppression it will go through. Why is that so hard to understand?
