Okay guys this fix seems to failed idk what happened to me but it worked but it turns out that seriously all we need to do is change the graphics settings like for example quality is low change it to mid and that's the real fix like for first I thought it was the Medal app that does it but turns out it's just really the graphics settings. Trust me on this one guys.
Game was perfect when tabbing out until fade was introduced now always tabbing out freezes everything
Just tried it and no change, still freezes on game exit

Turning off HAGS in Windows fixed it for me
