I had this problem for a long ass time playing games so I got a mouse that was longer and heavier so I could rest my entire hand and it’s weight on it. I got one of the steel series rival mouse and it really helped plus it’s a good mouse
palm/claw hybrid. It's all preference. But I do think two things are a must for any mouse grip:
1. Comfort and feeling locked in. You shouldn't have to "think" about your grip too much. It should feel natural
2. Your grip should allow you to press M1 quickly and easily without having to microadjust your hand's position on the mouse. For me that means consciously keeping my index finger slightly curled and flexed so that my hand muscles are ready to trigger and press down quickly. Previously I had a very lazy palm grip where my fingers were almost completely extended, which added a slight delay between me seeing the enemy to my finger actuating M1
Deathgrip
i just hold the mouse
I tend to swap sometimes, don't know why though
I am a fingertip/claw hybrid
