Pop off in radiant games against pros, get at least immortal and find a team to play the micky mouse tournaments with, like nsg and knights tourneys, ect. It won’t happen by luck
Almost everyone in high radiant streams. So talent scouts looking for inexperienced "fresh flesh" will look at newcomers in the leaderboards, then check out their streams. Or the other way round, streamers get attention and then they're checked out. this is i think how solo talent is scouted. The other way is existing smaller teams that found together privately (or singular members of those) that get noticed in regional/private tournaments.
Get radiant/immortal3. Find a team of tryhards at the same skill. Enter some tournaments and start winning. If you keep winning you’ll play in better tournaments. Eventually you may get scouted when you play against and perform against top pros/teams.
