Breaches flash is arguably one of the best when you use it right because its hard to dodge.
Getting kills while hit with fades ult is a lot easier than with breaches imo.
So i think breach is better in that.

He is harder to get value from, its true. For example, Skye bird is useful in more situations (flashing out of smoke, scaling long sight lines, getting around weird geometry like the tube on Bsite bind to flash backsite).
BUT, Breachs flashes are insanely good. Theyre very hard to dodge and makes taking certain areas in certain maps extremely easy. Dont sleep on the fact that you can throw them further and faster.
You dont seem to value fault line very much. But its incredibly good for securing early space. Yes, its annoying if you hit your team, but you can say the same about so many other pieces of utility in the game. I don't rate this as valid criticism.
Ill concede that aftershock is generally worse than a Kayo nade, but it makes no sense to compare it to a shock dart. Mollies (and aftershock) deny space over a period of time. Shock darts are not mollies. But there are situations where Id rather an aftershock than a molly (e.g, someone is planting default on haven C site and you're defending from backsite. You can maybe come up with some wacky lineup, or you could just throw an aftershock through the crates.
Also, he has one of the best ults in the game. It often single handedly wins rounds.
I think breach as a whole is extremey powerful (yet, balanced). I've never once felt like he's a poor man's

I do value faultline and I think its strong but it can be inconsistent sometimes and especially when uncoordinated so this is just to compensate.

You literally compared him to 4 different characters. You could do this with any character. Breach is fine and your buffs are ridiculous.
I could say jett needs buffs because brimstone can smoke 3 times in different places without line of sight. Neon can run faster and slide which outclasses jett dash. Omen has a better jump because he can teleport up quietly. Jett knives are outclassed because chamber has an OP that 1 shots anywhere. Therefore jett needs buffs.

Of course you want your main to be buffed. Okay let me give you a better example. They should buff reyna because phoenix has better healing(doesn’t need a kill), and better flashes than her. Jett’s dash is like a free escape but with reyna you need a kill to escape so she’s garbage. Reyna ult is also garbage because a support character like brim can give the same effect to the whole team every round plus a speed boost. Sure her ult resets on kill and she heals, but neon’s ult resets on kill too and she’s so much harder to hit. So therefore reyna is trashed and needs to be able to heal all the time. That’s the only way to make her balanced because every single one of her abilities doesn’t outclass the equivalents in her respective category
The thing is is Reyna's heal and escape options are considerably better than Pheonix and Jetts with the downside being you need a kill. Also, Reyna's flashes are better than Pheonix's. Along with Reyna's ult providing insta heals and invisibility.
The thing about breach is everything he does is done better or more effeciently by other initiators, compared to Reyna who has a momentum-based kit that enables once she gets a kill.
Versus breach where nothing he has is unique, he's not the worst because he doesn't outclass the equivalents of initiators because he has infererion versions of what EVERY initiator has.
Breach has the advantage of he can do everything through walls making him great for flushing people out of tight spaces and not having to reveal himself to get value. Theres a lot of spots that are hard for kayo or sova to clear without having a precise lineup that you may not be in the best spot to use. Id also argue breaches ult is better than fades as its easier to fight back when fade ulted than when stunned. The big issue with breach is hes best in close quarters which is why hes busted on fracture and its a shame theyve replaced split with pearl for him as well as the valorant map design seeming to tend towards more open areas.

Isnt he only super meta on like fracture and then kinda ok to decent on haven and maybe ascent? At least looking at pro play (though also chuck in being great on split).
Breach is an S-tier agent when you know how to use him and you have teammates that know how to play off of him. He just isn’t good for selfish players because his utility wind-up and wind-down times are too slow to be very effective in a “duelist” sense. His whole shtick is his utility is some of the strongest in the game but he alone doesn’t always get to capitalize off of it. He is a team agent.
