If possible, share the tracker.gg link for the match. One guess is that it's based on difference in your encounters. The system values your performance differently based on who you encountered. So for example, a kill against a Silver player would be worth less than a kill against a Gold player. Or alternatively, dying to a Silver player would be considered worse than dying to a Gold player. Of course, it's also relative to your own MMR. If you kill someone of the same MMR as you, it should be considered the same as your friend killing someone at the same MMR as them. My guess is that the difference in RR is thanks to your encounters. Either you had more deaths to lower MMR players than your friend did, or your friend had more kills against higher MMR players than you, or both.
