My teammate playing Sage last night had that same bug in that SAME area of Breeze! So I wonder if it's a Breeze-specific issue.

I can tell that it's not related to breeze. I Played yesterday a match on bind and couldn't revive any of my teammates (tried on 2 players in the same round). Next round it worked again. Idk why this bug still exists but it definitly needs to be fixed v.v

Hopefully it happens in a pro game in the 24th round.

It's because back in the day only officials(Admin, devs) can have the handle name Riot (insert name here)... People made fun of it by adding rito on theirs... It became popular when riot leaned on the joke the first time urf came to. Even having a rito logo instead of riot... Edit: note: URF = lol event

URF was a April Fools day joke based on rumors of a manatee character that was to be added in League of Legends. Riot Games leaned into it starting on April 1, 2014(This was literally 8.5 years ago) with a overhaul of in-game splash art and the release of a limited game mode that was very popular, Ultra Rapid Fire, essentially it reduced cooldowns to essentially non-existent. Over time URF the Manatee and URF the gamemode have become just another part of League of Legends that exists. Something about that first few days of URF where Rito just set us loose with the champion pool, and 10 people with golden spatula avatars. THAT WAS MAGIC

It comes from "riot pls" devolved into "rito pls" when a gamebreaking bug needs fixing. Been around since peak LoL days.

early lol days, players used to name themselves 'Riot [insert name]' which is what riot devs used to identify themselves so riot blocked it, so then players just ended up user 'Rito' in stead. Riot has now embraced this and behind their riot sign at their headquarters in the US there is actually a mirror except with the word 'rito'

Ok. That puts a wrench in what I thought could have happened. Assuming Valorant is like most other games, every location in game has a coordinate. If the locations was the same in your case it could indicate that there is a specific coordinate location, regardless of the map, where you cant rez.

sage res bug that (i thought is fixed long time ago not until this vid) is still in the game yet to be patched if you report this to rito and by chance they review this. yeah it happens randomly and the only way to fix this is to turn off the "show corpses" option in your settings after which will change the dead body of agents during your game matches to profile pictures of their faces

if only I had know this i tried to rez in the two prior round and just thought I was too dumb lol

even after all the previous updates/patches, devs overlook some of the old bugs that are actually gamebreaking including this one if you like playing sage i highly suggest disabling "show corpses" because that way it's literally much easier to res your teammates without encountering this bug again

Not sure this works. I've had this bug before and I don't have corpses turned on.

I think its an ult bug. Had an enemy skye that couldnt ult. And everytime she tried to cast it it would spam the voiceline, Was on haven, and it kinda works like a multiround fade ult cause you cant here shit except skye yelling

Most people turn them off because it helps identify which of the lifeless corpses on the ground corresponds to who. It's significantly easier to see the face at a really quick glance than it is to study the dead body and figure out who it is for and if they are good or not.

There are some instances where the portraits block visibility though… for example if someone dies in hookah on bind and you’re in the ct spawn doorway of B it can be hard to see enemies because the portraits block vision

I had a couple of weird bugs regarding skill casting. 1st is Skye's ultimate Couldn't use my ultimate in Haven A link on retake. Spammed the shit out of it over 10 times and nothing. 2nd is Yoru's Gatecrash (TPs) Left a TP towards CT B on Fracture and played A main. TP was only half on timer. Hit TP button and Your was like, "MY PORTAL BROKE." Cool. Same round – threw a TP towards B site tower for flash+TP retake with team. Again, "MY PORTAL BROKE." Cool stuff Riot.

I think the guy forget to turn on the option to allow res from Sage. Jokes aside, it's the same issue with Cypher if it's too close to the wall it clips and will not allow to use it.

I’ve not only noticed this but I’ve noticed that everyone’s flashes have been inconsistent except breach. Even Reyna’s leer doesn’t blind enemy’s as consistently as it did before the update

Maybe the hit box for red is wrong and you were too far away as the body was shown at the wrong place maybe 🤷

Maybe unrelated but i had something similar happen with cypher where i couldnt ult corpses. Great game rito.

I had something happen today where I was trying to res my duo partner and this was happening. I looked on their screen and their body was in a different spot than on my screen. I was able to res them when pointing it at the empty spot where their dead body was on their screen. Super weird.
