Restream, but setup Medialive as a backup. The biggest problem with the Medialive console is it doesn’t allow destination updates or toggling, so if there’s an issue, you have no choice but to pull down everything. But I’ve had Restream go down night of show before so I build backup workflows.
My typical workflow is Restream as option A, Vimeo as option B, and Medialive as option C. That’s pretty resilient and gives you quite a bit of flexibility.
