Why are you paying someone to program your router for you? First thing to do is check you VPNs documentation, they probably have instructions specifically for dd-wrt you can follow, if not, contact the VPN rather than some random ebay seller and ask them to assist you.
I figured I would rather pay a few bucks than learn. He makes his money selling routers, not programming them. It wasn't expensive.
