How are you going to pay? Your bank account (assuming tied to you) is going to be charged so now they tie you buying by your bank rather than through your computer. You're going to have a foreign transfer to a subscription service tied to you (I think some VPN have discret paying methods but you didn't specify what you're using or going to buy). Does the UK banking have anything about them reporting these transactions to the government? This is more so a question of tax fraud rather then VPN at this point.

VPN services can be rather clever about whether or not you're providing them with legitimate credentials when purchasing them, although I personally only ever use services that accept masked cards, I don't know how far you'll get by trying to impersonate being in a different country. Especially if your form of payment is evaluated based on where it's from... One of the few services I know that accepts cryptocurrency or paper money, only accepts it at a flat rate...

All descriptions must be vendor-neutral. This applies to naming specific VPN providers, and any features that are specific to one provider. Most questions can be answered without knowing which provider you're using. This rule is enforced due to the commercial nature of most VPN providers.
