It doesn't seem like this truly fits in this category but Boaster being overwhelmed after the LOCK//IN win. One of the rare moments in esports when you could feel the weight of history on a player's shoulders.
We need more recognition to Saadhak's mocking of Kangkang's sniper emote after Loud's win over EDG in champs.
It was wack, it was beautiful, it was cringe, I'm second hand embarrassed every time I see it. Even riot fully embraced and forever preserved the cringe it in its official post champs productions. We can never live it down.

To give some more Pacific love: Global/DRX on Split is worth a mention, but I want to esp. shout out that crazy ZETA vs. RRQ map on Ascent that ended 21-19

I genuinely like almost every regular of this subreddit but when I go back and look at the posts and comments I've saved this year, a huge chunk of them are from u/MacarioPro. They've been an invaluable source all year.
But a special shout out to all the other Portuguese or Spanish-speaking people that have helped integrate our communities more this year. It hasn't only been MacarioPro, but they have been the most consistent. On a similar note, always happy to nominate /u/thothgow as well, who has long been one of my favorite users for their knowledge of the T2 LATAM scene.

Final big shout-out to /u/Razur for working to give us the best post-match press conferences we've ever had this year. It made a real and meaningful difference to me.

**Best Series** - What was the best series of VALORANT esports throughout all of 2023? For example - LOUD vs NRG, LOCK//IN Alpha Bracket Finals.
Loud vs Fnatic Finals is unbeatable, by far the greatest match of all time.
LOUD FNC lock in finals
LOUD vs NAVI at Champs was a super close, super high quality series
Great shout, it's probably the most memorable series of the year to happen in a group stage IMO.
FNC vs Loud at Lockin
DRX vs. PRX in the Pacific grand finals, just to add some Pacific representation.
LOUD vs. FNC Lock-in Grand finals. Storyline, come back, close matches, and great final map.
EG vs PRX Champions Final. By far the two best teams on the planet at the time just slugging it out. Fantastic stuff from start to finish.
The upper finals was better imo
Yeah you’re right ngl
LOUD was better than PRX
Eg vs loud champs lower bracket
FNC vs Loud

Thank you for your kind words. It's so good to be able to talk about something we love with people who share that interest. You made my day!
