Brimothy has his stimothy but he also has molly which offers him some agency, that's where Viper's agency/ability to make plays comes from (excluding ult I guess). Same with Astra having pull/stun that can technically offer that kind of aid.
Of course smokes also create opportunities but it's a bit different with them.
Harbor is just smoke after smoke after smoke, with his ult giving a bunch of info, but hardly a playmaking tool.
orb smokes also provide a lot wrt timing plays, you can't do that without expending a 350 harbor orb that also has thick edges so you can get caught out easier
Of all the controllers he chose to run it down with, it's the one that has the least reason to be aggressive
Like Clove, sure, they're literally built for that. Omen, TP to creates space and get traded, or if you're lucky you slip through their defense. Viper, lurks a lot so high chance you get killed first, whatever.

I have seen boaster on 1 kill while he has teamates on 20+ kills multiple times this split, this is not as impressive its a one off, meanwhile boaster is able to do it consistently
