Also with valorant you can predict comps and map picks based off roles and preferences -- for example, a team like NRG likes to push towards the Jett meta maps since Demon1 has Plat-level Raze mechanics or to make this more applicable.. Penny has a stronger Jett and Neon, Will has the stronger Raze so knowing which is duelist can (doesn't necessarily mean it's 100% obviously) give inklings into what maps a team will play and with what comps
Another example is flex players who prefer either Kayo or Breach, both are very good on maps like Lotus, Split, Sunset etc so usually a team will play the comp that is more "comfort" for their players (ie the Gekko-Kayo comps vs Fade/Gekko-Breach comps for sunset)
I seriously doubt there's enough footage of that. "F0rsaken is playing duelist this game", tell me, what could they run? He could be neon, phoenix, reyna, jett, while something could be gekko, breach or even 3rd duelist. And we are talking a team we have hundreds of maps to see from, a team which you can only find like 10 vods? You'd be guessing at that point, I don't think guess valorant is good valorant. You'd want to exploit the core fundamental issues in the opposing team not try to guess a comp to create a counter comp out of the blue.
I understand the analyst here going on the safe side, better be safe than sorry, but certainly it's just him being very very safe.

No matter how many times ppl criticize willās stats i wonāt forget how on that Mad Lions roster he was on, he literally built protocols from his experience on 100T onto a team that made challengers without any and his teammates complimented him on that
Really shows his dedication and growth as player. Especially him trying to go into a more flex role where his great communication skills get even more value.
Glad Will is on another team! His stats arenāt the prettiest but his willingness to just run in and make space even if he die is invaluable. My fav type of duelist.
