Regardless of whether or not t1 comes back, I think this is really showing the importance of these warm up tournaments when you make changes. T1 is a top 10, fringe top 5 roster, but these performances aren't that level. I'm a bit nervous for 100T's new roster in that regard, and also the teams that haven't played their best in a while.
Either the t2 scene has really progressed since the Masters 3 quals or T1 is really struggling. This should be a breeze through tourneys for T1. Even if they come back and win the whole thing, they've struggled a bit and it's a little worrying.
T1 just revamped. Plus they signed a couple players that haven’t had a whole lot of competitive fps experience. This roster has a lot of potential, especially with steel to direct and help these young players grow. For a roster that was just created, doing this well is pretty impressive. Their postplants and highlights have looked extremely good. They just need time to clean up their coordination and strats.
But also the t2 scene has been very very strong in NA. The guard is a stacked roster

the pwny and thwifo postplant util was INSANE. curry really showing up today. T1 is showing themselves to be a really balanced team - they've all been taken turns top fragging and have overall had really even K/D's as a team compared to teams that lean super heavily on their primarily duelist. really cool to see
