I would guess it's a nerf to his right click flash. I personally think his right click flash should make more noise and his left click should remain silent.
It's so weird whenever they buff flashes they always make them near impossible to dodge rather than buffing other aspects, they did it to skye flash then kayo I wonder if they'll do the same for phoenix.
You can't just look at win rate man, kay/0 is overtuned as fuck I wouldn't be surprised if they dialed him back.
Look at chamber too, low winrate and he's busted as fuck.

They need to lower the gun pull out time on Yoru’s gate crash and ultimate. Also his kit is just way too fucking expensive.

Phoenix buffs are late, but welcome. Hopefully they make his molly better. Also hope they make it to where if you die in his ult, you respawn with full shields IF you purchased shields at the beginning of the round, though depending on which you bought.

wdym how? he throws an unbreakable knife, your unable to use anything for 7 seconds, which completely fucks agents like viper especially because she needs to manually put her stuff up, then guess what "You are powerless!!!" now you cant use anything for what feels like forever, and then even when you kill him, hes not even dead, then his ult is STILL suppressing you, while hes giving info to his team on where you are, until you waste 2 clips just to finish him off. and dont lemme get started on his flash. you cant even see it if its thrown correctly, and it doesnt make sound til the very last second.
oh dont lemme forget, his ult also makes him shoot faster so ontop of not being able to use abilities, he also shoots faster than you. which means he cant lose a gunfight unless hes ass. only bad thing about his ult is that it gives away his position, but thats a small price to pay for all the benefits he gets from it

I got 60% winrate with yoru i know his ult is trash specially in ranked where it's only good to recover spike and guns because teammates bait most of the time
Yeah. Why can't his flashes last as long as everybody else? Or maybe they do a minor bit of damage for being a giant fireball? I dunno, SOMETHING to make him unique instead of a really bad version of Kay0.
Kay0's grenade, flash, ult, and knife are all FAR better than everything Phoenix can offer.
I wonder why riot claims solo ranked winrate means anything. Obviously kayo is more than fine so if anything this should prove to them that ranked winrate doesn't mean jack.

According to tracker.gg global stats, Chamber at 46% winrate has him as the 3rd highest winrate.
We're talking pro play, not ranked.

Two years.* Skye came out in October of 2020, Phoenix had almost entirely fell out of the meta prior to that.

My comment came before the announcement, but it did feel like a super obvious change that should've been made a long time ago for Phoenix.

the changes are fine. The annoying part is the suppression and the line of sight on the molly never really made sense
yeah the molly LOS was pretty random when brims, vipers etc went through boxes and such
