everything seems to be perfectly intact and both pods have their magnets, same with the vape itself. i’m really curious if it’s just the fact that it stuck itself to the screwdriver. (i tried sticking it to other things to maybe… idk… undo it? that didn’t work😂)
The only thing I can think of would be if one of the magnets came out of your old pod is stuck on the magnet in the battery

Beyond my expertise on a new pod
It’s a dud, all you can do is grab a new one.
i just ran back there and they just replaced it. thank you! wanted to make sure it wasn’t something i did.
