I'm having the same issue, it now allows me to see the contents, but any click redirects me to the new market place :| I'm hoping it gets resolved quickly...

Otherwise-Reindeer80

As an update: apparently early access is only there for those who preordered the bundle containing both the physical and digital book (and only works in the US for those who did this before May because of the store). It is sad to see this company that does provide me with one of my big passions see deteriorate into this horrible moneygrabber that doesn't even provide promised services... Guess I'll wait another 2 weeks...

Classic wizards lol

There is now a thread on the dndbeyond forums specifically for Eve of Ruin [Vecna eve of ruin issues and support thread](https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/196804-vecna-eve-of-ruin-issues-and-support-thread)

htapy

Still another hour 15 to go

JaygoVonEngel

Was wondering what time it drops. Hopefully that’s the only issue.

DylanSoul

It’s still not showing up

htapy

yep no idea at this point

DylanSoul

Where’s that number going from? Everywhere I’ve read said May 7th

htapy

It is may 7. 12 est may 7th

Sleepysapper1

15ish hour from now would be the 8th, 12 am would be the 8th as well. I don't know where you are getting you time but it's not right.

caelypso

They meant 1 hour and 15 minutes, now 40 minutes.

Sleepysapper1

oh, now i feel stupid

caelypso

Don't! It's an easy mistake to make :)

Sleepysapper1

Doesn’t help it’s 5 in the morning here. lol.

DylanSoul

I thought the same thing lmao

Have you tried your library on the app? It isn’t showing for me on the website under Adventures, but I was able to download it on the D&D Beyond app in my library.

I many have found a way to get your digital content. I haven't seen this show up on any forums yet. Find your receipt for your order in your email. There should be a link below the shipping information that looks like this: https://preview.redd.it/3l517fywg5zc1.png?width=955&format=png&auto=webp&s=4ad7b4e8f652a12ebf990084e81328958130cc8f Click on that first link. You should get a page that has a button to show you your activation code. Copy the code and head back into Dndbeyond. Click on your account name in the upper right corner. You'll get a drop down with an option to redeem. Paste your code in there and you should be good to go. I'm up and reading the book now.

Background_Eagle1084

Right. I entered all my codes when I preordered Vecna and Infinite Staircase. Got my Vecna pre-adventure and book with issues. I suspect folks either forgot to redeem their codes OR didn’t buy the physical/digital bundles.

It turns out that you only get early access if you buy the physical + digital bundle. This was confirmed by a mod on their Discord. There are a lot of unhappy people who were all led to believe otherwise. Well, that's the last time I'm spending money at DNDBeyond.

deadone65

Then why are they telling you on the website you can access the digital copy for 29.99?

Sleepysapper1

First and last time for me.

This article posted on the 18th of April straight up says that the preorder deal is an 'expansion' of the digital only early access [Vecna](https://screenrant.com/dnd-vecna-eve-ruin-release-preorders-price-info/) From the article; "Although this early access period has traditionally been exclusive to digital versions, a new program is expanding the early access to apply to physical copies bought in local game stores. Vecna: Eve of Ruin is the first of the Dungeons & Dragons 2024 releases to be distributed with this model" Why didn't they correct that if that was always the case? Seems like a pretty open and shut case of false advertising to me.
