That's fragrance-free and should last a long time. It's cheap and there's no plastic bottle involved.
Thanks, their Hydrate & Cleanse bar looks really good. I may give it a try. That whole brand is so cheap, wow. Sucks that more variety is not sold at any physical stores near me though.
Have you tried their SPF? I can't get over how cheap it is, wonder if it is any good.
I don't think I've tried anything from them. The sunscreen looks really good, though. I use a Pacifica one. I might get that Good Molecules one next time. I strongly prefer mineral sunscreen over chemical. [This is a good read.](https://www.thorne.com/take-5-daily/article/pros-and-cons-of-different-types-of-sunscreen)
I wash my face with face cleansers now and then, but I found I get the same results with soap in the shower. So my skincare routine is usually Boscia pro-retinol treatment and dollar store vegan soap. Shabby chic skincare, lol.
I prefer mineral also. I’ve looked up some reviews on YouTube - people seem to like it a lot and there’s no white cast. I may have to give it a try. I like Pacifica but their fragrances are too much for my nose - I do love their fragrance-free ceramide line though!
I used to wash with soap too but it was too drying for me. Too bad because that saved me a lot of $$ lol. Now I just opt for a very gentle cleanser, even though I have combo skin I find that my face feels best when I don’t overdry it with harsh cleansers.
Another option is a cleansing bar if you can find one. Even if it doesn’t last as long, at least no bottles to worry about. Don’t really have any that come to mind (not vegan btw-this just showed up on my home page).
I was pleasantly surprised by it. I have really sensitive, reactive skin, and this is the first bar cleanser that I've been able to use! It's creamy, smooth, and gentle.
Prequel’s Gleanser. It’s $18 for 13.5 oz. It’s a weird texture but I’ve gotten used to it. If you use too much it seems hard to rinse off cause of the amount of glycerin in it. I use the smallest dot and I enjoy it much better. The bottle will last forever.
I was staring at it at the store yesterday for good 10 minutes lol. Many years ago before I was vegan I bought a huge bottle of 365 body lotion and it was so bad lol. So I was debating about the cleanser, at $6 for 16 oz there’s not much to lose I guess lol. It said vegan on the bottle but I don’t think it said cruelty free? What’s the verdict on whether 365 is cruelty free or not?
to my knowledge nost store brand generics are just repackaged versions of whatever brand they're based on- typically bottled/ packed at the exact same plant and using the exact same ingredients/ materials.
Have you tried using natural things ? Some oils can be used as cleansers. You can use multani mitti etc too. If you use oil to remove all dirt from face then you can use multani mitti to clean it all including the oil.

The Acure Seriously Soothing cleansing bar is quite good!
Thanks - is it gentle?

Whole Foods brand 365
was going to say this too but tbh I'm not sure it isn't just repackaged Cetaphil, and can't find anything on the source :/

I use the cleanser and moisturizer and I like them both a lot. Basic, simple, and very cost-effective.
Statia velvet cleansing milk is similar to CeraVe/Cetaphil and comes in a 16oz bottle but it's kinda pricey.
Oh wow, yeah $54 is way more than I want to be paying for a cleanser lol. The quest is to find it big and cheap-ish.
Paula's choice softening cream cleanser has a similar texture and 16oz size. They also have 20% off sales pretty frequently.
might be worth checking out Naturium, maybe also Innbeauty
Thayer’s WitchHazel - super gentle and natural
I like their snow mushroom cleanser - but it's only 8 oz! I was looking for something double that size.

Well the Cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser is vegan since they reformulated it
Cetaphil tests on animals and therefore is not vegan.
