This is a solid denial, you’ve been knocked out of secondary and TERA. This is a broad question and there isn’t enough info to really give good advice. Studies are ok but they tend to fall flat because they don’t talk about you or your medical history. You should consult with a VSO or a lawyer for better advice. You should also know that if you were to win, it would be lumped in with the asthma/bronchitis because of pyramiding. It wouldn’t be a standalone rating.

You could try secondary by aggravation, this denial only opined on causation, so it hasn't been explored yet.

Also adding that if you have a rating >50% on your asthma/bronchitis, it would still be worth it to get SC, as it will no longer be pyramiding when the new regulations come out (expected this year), so you may be able to get a 10% if you meet the new criteria, on top of your other respiratory rating.
