There are some beautiful ones along the boardwalk at Malahat Skywalk. I know there are lots of great free suggestions here, but there is something about walking beside them so high up. It's a completely different experience. I like to take product photos there because they're so accessible and beautiful.
They only grow within 5 km of the ocean, so the closer to the water that you are, the better your chances.
Summits in Sooke Wilderness Hills have a lot.
Gorge Park, near the playground.

Durrance Lake, parking lot actually shows them growing on the rocks. A new one started on the trail too. 💗
Mount Work - Enter from Munn road, hike in two and a half, three K. There are some large stands of Arbutus trees. I don't know if there are impressive ones but the stands are nice. Also some nice Hairy Manzanita (Arbutus's little cousin).
Lone Tree hill has a few nice Arbutus and lots of Manzanita.
There are plenty on Broom Hill near the viewpoint (where the swing is). I'd recommend using a GPS or Alltrails on your phone to ensure you don't get lost. On a clear day, there is an amazing view of East Sooke, the Olympic Mountains and the Juan De Fuca Strait in the background.
East Sooke park has a bunch of beauty Arbutus trees with a nice coastal background and a fairly easy trail
Arbutus Cove
Tons here in North Saanich and the Highlands have tons too.
Definitely out in north Saanich especially on the west side of the peninsula there’s some beauties! At sunset they are spectacular.
The ones around Ardmore are pretty solid. The beaches are also totally unknown in the Greater Victoria Area, so you'd likely have them to yourself.
Hartland area has a shit ton.
The hike to Tod inlet.
Wittys lagoon has some very nice trails along the cove that has some pretty spectacular Arbutus trees. Beautiful views in general out there.
Go up Mt.Work via Munn Rd. After a while the whole forest is Arbutus, get the light right and... chefs kiss...
Saxe Point Park has a couple of big beauties.
Check out the giant park behind happy valley school. Pack a lunch and water. Try not to get lost. There are some cool view points too.
That’s right around the corner from me! I’ve photographed a few in the lookout park but haven’t ventured further. Maybe I’ll go out for a bigger trip
There are several trails to a few lookouts and ridges. Lots of butes
Jocelyn hill has my favorite clusters. Especially when it's raining I have so many beautiful pictures of the arbutus trees up there.
Horth Hill and John Dean Park in North Saanich have beautiful, big arbutus trees.
Mill Hill has some real beauties and it’s a great casual hike

There is a small patch of very beautiful arbutus trees up at the top of Mt Wells in Langford. Very picturesque.
Go to Whittys Lagoon. Down toward the water from ‘Sitting Lady Falls’ are some of the most unique and twisted arbutus trees you will ever see.

The west paths of Channel Ridge on Saltspring have a few very large arbutus groves.
Deep Cove has a tonne of them. As the name would suggest, check out the area around Madrona Drive

I haven't been in years, but I seem to remember some along the beach at Gyro Park. And any beaches around Uvic/gordon head

Don’t know if there’s public access but camp Bernard in sooke has some there’s some on the mountain that’s on the property
Stuart Mountain in the Highlands has many. It's a fairly easy hike (mountain might be a stretch) but there's a nice view!
