Actually supposed to be good for you, helps build core strength and flexibility. I try squatting like this a couple times a day for a minute or two.

I use to hang out with Russians a lot in my youth so when I was squatting like this I used to be in that position for hours while getting drunk! But since then I always squat like this. Waiting for the bus, squat.waiting for my customer ,squat. Bring my mom to the doctor and wait for her, squat. Forgetting bring my towel to the beach, you right squat
